Since 1999, the Frost family has crafted solitaire jewellery around this singular belief. While others fill their designs with countless small stones, we let one natural diamond command the entire piece.
Each stone is handpicked for its individual character — never laboratory-grown, always nature's unrepeatable work. Then we create the setting it demands. Sometimes it needs to move. Sometimes to stay perfectly still. Always to be seen from every angle, without distraction. On this discipline we have built our name. Scandinavian minimalism isn't our aesthetic. It's our promise: that nothing will compete with the diamond you choose.
We are a three-generation family of goldsmiths. Sebastian's father began in 1977. Sebastian and his wife Signe opened their workshop on the isle of Bornholm in 1999. Since 2024, son Noah joined the family tradition in our new Copenhagen studio, continuing what his father and grandfather began.
We collaborate with Europe's master jewellers. But the philosophy never changes: if it doesn't serve the stone, it doesn't belong.

Being true to our philosophy for decades resulted in 2023 in being honored with the prestigious Inhorgenta Award "Best Jeweler of the Year" at Europe's largest jewelry and diamond fair in Munich.
In 1999, we got the key to the iconic cold-storage house at Listed harbor. No one quite understood what we wanted with it. Fishing was in decline. But we had a plan. Sebastian had just completed his apprenticeship as a goldsmith in Bremen, training with Hans Diether Dauth and earning his craft certificate with a gold medal.
For the first few years, Sebastian made all the jewellery himself until the waiting list became too long, and he decided to collaborate with some of the world's leading goldsmiths and diamond dealers in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
At Listed harbor, Sebastian and his wife Signe wanted to create something truly unique. It shouldn’t just be a goldsmith workshop. The place invited to frame the good life. We wanted to create a place where we could invite our guests inside and be part of our family.
On journeys around the world, we have been inspired and brought back memories of colors, scents, tastes, and experiences to Listed harbor. That's why our place is always changing. In winter, we are creative and develop new concepts. In summer, we test it on our friends and guests and get feedback. Some things die early, others live forever - like the floating diamond.
In the beginning, it was all about jewellery. But over time, we grew to think bigger with the whole experience in Listed including wine, Champagne, our own gin and aperitivos. Always proper, always the best. We don’t serve anything we haven't tasted ourselves and can stand behind - and above all, like ourselves.
But even though we are always changing, we are also always recognizable. We have our own signature - whether it's about jewelry, gin, wine, Champagne or interior.

I 1999 fik vi nøglen til det gamle frysehus på Listed havn. Ingen forstod helt hvad vi ville med det. Fiskeriet var jo på retræte. Men vi havde andre tanker. Sebastian var lige færdig uddannet som guldsmed i Bremen, efter at have været i lære hos Hans Diether Dauth og fik svendebrev med guldmedalje.
De første år fremstillede Sebastian alle smykkerne selv, indtil ventelisten blev for lang og han besluttede sig for at indgå samarbejde med nogle af verdens førende guldsmede og diamantforhandlere i Tyskland, Schweiz og Østrig.
På Listed havn ville vi skabe noget helt unikt. Det skulle ikke kun være et guldsmedværksted. Stedet inviterede til at danne ramme for det gode liv. Vi ville skabe et sted hvor vi kunne invitere vores gæster indenfor og være en del af vores familie.
På rejser rundt omkring i verden har vi ladet os inspirere og har bragt materialer, farver, dufte, smage og minder med hjem til Listed havn. Derfor er vores sted altid i forandring. Om vinteren er vi kreative og udvikler nye koncepter. Om sommeren tester vi det ud på vores venner og gæster og får feedback. Noget dør tidligt, andet lever for altid – som den svævende diamant.
I starten handlede det kun om smykker. Men med tiden, hvor vi voksede og fik flere hænder til at hjælpe til, fik vi overskud til at tænke større. Med hele oplevelsen i Listed inklusive vin, Champagne, egen gin og Aperitivos med havudsigt. Altid ordentligt, altid det bedste. Vi serverer ikke noget vi ikke selv har smagt og kan stå inde for - og ikke mindst, selv kan lide.
Men selv om vi altid er i forandring, er vi også altid genkendelige. Vi har vores egen signatur – om det handler om smykker, gin, vin, Champagne eller interiør.
